BOSTON - Binghamton claimed its first America East regular-season title and will host the upcoming America East Softball Championship Wednesday-Saturday.

Jessica Rutherford, Binghamton - So., OF, Horseheads, N.Y.
- Went 7-for-9 with a .800 on-base percentage in a 3-0 week for Binghamton as it clinched its first America East regular-season title. ,
- Had four extra-base hits, belting two doubles, a homer and a triple.
- Drove in six runs and scored three.
Pitcher of the Week
Molly Flowers, Maine - So., P, East Haven, Conn.
- Threw her fourth no-hitter of the season in a win over UMBC Saturday.
- Allowed just one walk and struck out 10.
- Struck out 14 hitters.
- This is her second Pitcher of the Week honor of the season (4/12).
Rookie of the Week
Irene Rivera, Stony Brook - Fr., DP, Sylmar, Calif.
- Slashed 500/.600/1.250 in just 6 PAs.
- Belted a home run, knocked in two and scored two.
- This is her third Rookie of the Week honor of the season (3/29, 4/12).
