BOSTON - Just two a half games separate the top four teams in the America East softball standings at the midway point of the season. Albany remains unbeaten and atop the standings at 7-0. Stony Brook (9-2) swept UMass Lowell last weekend while Binghamton (7-2) dropped two of three at Maine (6-2). The four teams square off this weekend with Albany hosting Maine and Binghamton entertaining Stony Brook.

Allie Pisciotta, Stony Brook - Sr., Catcher, New Hyde Park, N.Y.
- Hit .588 (10-for-17) and walked twice for a .650 on-base percentage.
- Slugged 1.059 belting a pair of home runs and two doubles.
- Drove in 4 RBI and score 6 runs.
- Went 8-for-11 in the series sweep over UMass Lowell.
- This is her second Player of the Week honor of the season (Feb. 23).
Co-Pitcher of the Week
Erin Bogdanovich, Maine - Sr, Pitcher, South Portland, Maine
- Recorded both wins as Albany took two of three from first-place Binghamton.
- Allowed just one run on five hits in 14 innings.
- Walked just one and had a 0.43 WHIP.
- Struck out nine.
Co-Pitcher of the Week
Jane Sallen, Stony Brook - Sr, Pitcher, Lake Worth, Fla.
- Went 3-0 with a save in four appearances (20 1/3 IP) last week.
- Recorded a 0.69 ERA, allowed just four hits and fanned 16.
- Threw back-to-back no-hitters vs. UMass Lowell.
Rookie of the Week
Sydney Barker, UMass Lowell - Fr., Utility, Upland, Calif.
- Hit .435 (10-for-23) in seven games.
- Whacked three doubles and a home run.
- Scored seven runs and drove in five RBI.
