BOSTON - With the men's lacrosse regular-season winding down, sixth-ranked Albany locked up at least a share of the America East regular-season crown for the fourth-straight year with its 12-8 win over Binghamton Saturday. The Great Danes also secured the No. 1 seed for the America East Championship and will host the tournament for the second-straight year May 5-7. Elsewhere in conference play, Vermont beat UMBC, 14-10, and Stony Brook knocked off UMass Lowell, 15-7.

Ian MacKay, Vermont - Jr., Midfielder, Port Elgin, Ontario
- Tallied seven points to lead Vermont to a 12-8 win over UMBC Saturday. It's just Vermont's second win vs. UMBC in 13 all-time meetings.
- Scored five goals and added a pair of assists.
- This his second Offensive Player of the Week honor (2/22).
Defensive Player of the Week
Ryan Vanderford, Hartford - So., Goalkeeper, Montclair, N.J.
- Stopped 12 of the 15 shots he faced in 45 minutes of action of Hartford's win over Siena Saturday.
- Kept Siena off the scoreboard for the first 23:22, allowing his team to jump out to an early 5-0 lead
- This is his third Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season (3/21, 4/7).
Rookie of the Week
Jack Andrews, UMBC - Fr., Attacker, Arnold, Md.
- Tallied six points in a 1-1 week for UMBC.
- Scored three goals, including a pair in the fourth quarter, and added an assist in the Retrievers' 14-10 win over Mount St. Mary's last week.
- This is his first Rookie of the Week honor of the season.
