BOSTON - UMBC kicked off the second half of its 2015-16 schedule last weekend by beating Howard. UMBC's Emily Escobedo and Coco Darelius swept the conference's weekly awards for the fourth time this year.

Swimmer of the Week
Emily Escobedo, UMBC - Jr., New Rochelle, N.Y.
- Continued her run of success with a pair of individual wins, as well as a relay win.
- Placed first in both the 200 back (2:04.21) and 200 breast (2:13.51), with her 200 breast time just missing a pool record.
- This is her sixth America East Swimmer of the Week honor this season.
Diver of the Week
Coco Darelius, UMBC - Sr., Rye, N.Y.
- Swept both diving disciplines, as well as competing in the 200 free relay.
- Won the 1 meter dive with a score of 267.90 and the 3 meter dive with a score of 292.50
- This is her fourth Diver of the Week honor this season.
