NORFOLK, Va. – The College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) selected 810 swimmers and divers to their Scholar All-America team, and over 1,000 competitors were named honorable mentions. Among those distinguished were two America East student-athletes: senior Katherine Mann of New Hampshire, and junior Corinna Darelius of UMBC.
Mann was a repeat, and All-Conference performer selection to the 2015 America East Swimming & Diving All-Academic team. The same can be said for UMBC’s Darelius; the Retriever diver was an honorable selection to the Scholar All-America team.
The selections were drawn from 284 institutions, and to be selected to the CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, swimmers and divers must be have at least a 3.50 GPA and have participate in their respective NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.
