BOSTON - Conference play rolled on in men's lacrosse over the weekend with Albany, Stony Brook and Vermont all earning decisive wins. A Catamount and a Great Danes earned weekly honors as a result. Read about the games and the weekly award winners below:

Player of the Week
Cam Milligan, Vermont - So., Attack, Peterborough, Ontario
  • Tallied a career-high 10 points in Vermont's win over UMass Lowell Saturday.
  • Scored four goals and added six assists.
  • It's the most points recorded by a Vermont player since 2006.
  • It's his first career Player of the Week honor.
Rookie of the Week
Connor Fields, Albany - Fr., Attack, Buffalo, N.Y.
  • Tallied 13 points in two Albany wins last week.
  • Had four goals and two assists in a 26-6 win at Canisus on Tuesday.
  • Racked up a career-high seven points (5G, 2A)
  • This is Fields' third award of the season.
Notes
  • Albany is ranked ninth in the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll and 10th in the USILA Coaches' Poll.
  • Stony Brook, winner of five of its last six games, is receiving votes in both polls.
  • Albany outscored its two opponents, 50-12, last week, including a 24-4 win over Hartford.
  • The Great Danes' 26 goals vs. Canisius was a program record.
  • Vermont got 10 points from Cam Milligan en route to an 18-10 at UMass Lowell.
  • Stony Brook outscored UMBC, 9-3, in the second half on its way to a 12-6 win.
