  • Vermont overcame a 17-point deficit to beat Stony Brook, 57-48. Ethan O'Day went for 17 points, including 12 in the second half.

  • Taylor McCarley scored 29 points, including hitting 17 free throws, to lift UMBC to a 69-55 win over New Hampshire.
  • Stony Brook men's lacrosse opened the season with a 19-3 win over Manhattan. Three players had four goals including preseason All-American Challen Rogers.
  • UMBC men's lacrosse dropped its season-opener at No. 5 Johns Hopkins and Vermont fell at No. 14 Penn State.
  • UMass Lowell continues softball action today vs. Army at 11 a.m. 
  • Maine hosts Hartford today at 2 p.m. in the only women's basketball game on AmericaEast.TV.
