- Albany men became the first America East team to clinch a home game in the #AEPlayoffs quarterfinals with a, 62-46, win at Binghamton on Tuesday night. The America East Playoffs begin on March 4. The Great Danes are in first place at 12-0.
- New Hampshire earned a huge win over Hartford, 76-70, in overtime to hold on to third place in the conference at 8-4. It was the 15th overall win for the Wildcats, the most in head coach Bill Herrion's tenure.
- Two more men's basketball games are set for Wednesday night, including UMBC and Stony Brook on ESPN3 at 7 pm. Vermont also hosts UMass Lowell at 7 p.m.
- Vermont can clinch a home quarterfinal game with a win.
- Four women's basketball games are set for Wednesday with all four on AmericaEast.TV.
- Albany and Binghamton kick things off at noon for Committment to Education Day.
- New Hampshire welcomes Vermont, Stony Brook hosts UMBC and Maine is at UMass Lowell for 7 p.m. starts.
- UMBC women's lacrosse plays its season-opener at 3 p.m. at Temple.
