Three America East women's soccer standouts  earned NSCAA All-Region honors, the organization announced Friday. New Hampshire sophomore Brooke Murphy was named to the Northeast Region Second Team, while fellow Wildcat Caroline Murray and Albany freshman Caroline Kopp earned third team recognition.

Murphy, the America East Striker of the Year, led the America East in goals (11) and points (27). It is the second-straight selection for the sophomore to the Northeast Region Second Team.

Murray was named the America East Midfielder of the Year after leading the conference with eight assists. The senior finished with 10 points on the year and earned her first selection to an all-region team.

Kopp was selected to the Third Team in the Northeast Region.  She is one of just four freshmen to be selected to any of the Northeast Region teams and the first-ever NSCAA All-Region player in UAlbany women’s soccer history. The freshman corner defender started all 21 games for UAlbany on the back line, also serving as a corner kick player.  She finished with two assists and made 12 shots.

Regions for the NSCAA are divided into conferences.  The Northeast region includes the America East, the Big East, the AAC and the NEC.
