BOSTON - New Hampshire and Vermont picked up wins last week over Rhode Island and Maine, respectively, while UMBC fell to Penn and Binghamton fell to Drexel.

Swimmer of the Week
Emily Escobedo, UMBC - Jr., New Rochelle, N.Y.
- Won three individual events against Penn.
- Finished finished first in the 100 breast (1:03.70), 200 breast (2:14.14) and 200 IM (2:05.98).
- Her time in the 200 breast is the best in America East this season and exceeded the NCAA B-cut qualifying standard.
- Was a part of the winning 200 medley relay team which finished in 1:45.64.
- This is her fourth Swimming of the Week honor in five weeks this season.
Diver of the Week
Maggie Preston, Vermont - Sr., West Hartford, Conn.
- For the fourth straight meet, Preston won both diving events for the Catamounts.
- Claimed both events against Maine, winning the 1-meter with a score of 240.82 and the 3-meter with 247.57.

- Vermont beat Siena, 180-110, on Saturday.
- Shannon Cowley posted a time of 1:05.18 in the 100 breast to establish a new pool record.
- Maggie Preston won both the 1- and 3-meter diving events for the fourth-straight week.
- New Hampshire beat Central Conn. State, 172-120.
- Jessica Harper won three individual events (100- and 200 butterfly, 200 IM) and was on the winnint 200 freestyle squad.
- UMBC fell to Penn, 173-127.
- Emily Escobedo won three events, including the 200-breaststroke and surpassed the NCAA B Qualifying standard for the second-straight week, swimming the fasted time by an America East swimmer in an event this year.
- Binghamton women fell to Drexel, 155-86.
