The America East women's soccer semifinals are set for Sunday, November 1, with both games available live for free on AmericaEast.TV. No. 1 Hartford hosts No. 4 Maine at 2 p.m., followed by No. 2 Albany vs. No. 3 Vermont at 4 p.m.

The semifinal winners will meet in the America East title game on Sunday, November 8, at the site of the highest remaining seed.

  • Maine advanced to the semifinal round after beating New Hampshire in penalty kicks (1-1, 4-3 in PKs).
  • Hartford won the America East regular-season for the second-straight year and are playing in the semifinals for the fifth-straight season.
  • Maine is looking for its first trip to the finals since 2010 and sixth overall.
  • Hartford has played in the title game in two of the last three seasons but is looking for its first championship since 2006.
  • The Hawks are 19-8-3 all-time in tournament play and have won at-least one game in each of the last three seasons.
  • Maine is playing in the semifinals for the third time in the last four seasons.
  • This is the third-straight year the top-four seeds have all advanced to the semifinal round.

  • Albany received its highest seed in program history at No. 2 and is playing in its second-straight semifinal.
  • Vermont received its highest seed since 1996 and earned its first-ever tournament win, 1-0, over UMBC in the quarterfinals.
  • The Catamounts are playing in the semifinal for the first time since 2012 and the second time since the tournament expanded to six teams. The Catamounts have never advanced to the finals.
  • Albany has had one title game appearance, coming back in 2011.
  • This is the third all-time meeting between the two teams and the first in the semifinals.
