Three wild games were on display in America East women's basketball action as all three contests featured numerous ties and lead changes with a pair coming down to the final possession.

New Hampshire (16-9, 10-2) swept Hartford (9-16, 6-6) for the first time since 2002-03 with a 76-71 overtime win on ESPN3 on Sunday afternoon. The game featured 10 ties and 25 lead changes, with Wildcat senior Kelsey Hogan providing the heroics.

Hogan drove the lane and hit a layup with less than eight seconds to go to tie the game at 62 and send the teams into OT. The senior logged five more points in the extra session, including a 3-pointer that broke a 66-66 tie with 1:42 to go. She finished a team-high 17 points while Ariel Gaston had her first career double-double with 14 points and 11 boards. Amber Bepko and Morgan Lumb led Hartford with 16 points apiece.

Albany (23-3, 13-0) had possibly its biggest scare in conference play, holding off Maine (14-12, 8-5), 58-56 to win its 36th-straight conference game. The game featured 12 lead changes and eight ties, with Albany taking its final lead on a pair of Margarita Rosario free throws with 15 seconds left. Trailing by one, Maine's Cherrish Wallace had her shot blocked by Megan Craig and Rosario grabbed the loose ball with two seconds left to seal the win. Imani Tate led Albany with 13 points while Rosario added 10. Wallace led all scorers with 16.

UMBC (3-22, 2-11) snapped an 11-game losing skid with a 77-62 win over Vermont (6-19, 3-9). All five Retriever starters scored in double figures as UMBC shot a season-best 56.1-percent from the floor. Taylor McCarley led the charge with 18 points, while Vermont's Kayla Burchill led all scorers with a career-high 27 points.
