CAMBRIDGE, Mass.?- The two teams that are at the top of the America East women's soccer standings through two weeks also earned weekly awards. Hartford is the only 2-0-0 team in the conference, while Albany won back-to-back games to improve to 2-1-0. Here are the week seven award winners:
Player of the Week
Sidney Spremullo, Hartford, Jr., M, Woodbury, Conn.
- Tied an America East single-game record with eight points in a 5-1 win over UMass Lowell. Became the first player since Hartford's Amelia Pereira in 2010 to record eight points in a game.
- Scored three goals, becoming the first America East player to record a hat trick in a conference game since teammate Chanel Johnon did so a year ago.
- Added two assists in the contest.
Rookie of the Week
Vivian Vega, Albany, Fr., F, Santa Ana, Calif.
- Recorded two goals and an assist in a 2-0-0 week for the Great Danes.
- Notched one goal and one assist in a 4-2 win against New Hampshire.
- Contributed another goal in a 6-0 win over Vermont.
- Helped Albany to back-to-back conference wins for the first time since 2012.

- Albany won back-to-back conference games for the first time since 2012.
- Maine has five shutouts on the season including two this week. Goalkeeper Claudia Dube-Trempe had a career-high 13 saves in a 0-0 double OT tie against New Hampshire.
- Hartford's Chanel Johnson leads the conference with 10 goals.
