Throughout the 2013-14 academic year, we will be looking at songs and playlists from players, teams, fans and administrators from around the America East. Today, we take a look at what 2012 America East champion Stony Brook women's soccer listens to before games. We'll be asking for fan requests throughout the year too so use #AETuesdayTunes on Twitter to suggest some of your favorite tracks too!

To get a look into how the Stony Brook women's soccer team gets ready for games, here are their top-four tracks:

We Own It by Wiz Khalifa and 2 Chainz

Great beat with lyrics that get you psyched up for the game. The line in the chorus "This moment, we own it" could be applied to the team's 2012 America East title.

Play Hard by David Guetta

A catchy beat with lyrics that echo "work hard, play hard" that apply to the team on and off the field.

Boy Oh Boy by Diplo and GTA

Mostly and instrumental song that mixes in some older tracks that gets the team going in the locker room.

Animals (Original Mix) by Hardwell and GTA

An instrumental only song that once again has a great beat to get the blood pumping before games.
