CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The America East Conference will host two Google+ hangouts on Wednesday, May 8, with members of the Stony Brook University women's lacrosse team at 3:15 p.m. and the Albany men's lacrosse team at 5 p.m.
Joining the conference for the Stony Brook hangout will be Seawolves' seniors Claire Petersen, Janine Hillier and Demmianne Cook. Also participating will be ILWomen.com Editor Danielle Bernstein. The players will answer questions from Bernstein about the season and upcoming NCAA tournament. Fans can also submit questions for either Bernstein or the players by using #SeawolvesLAX on Twitter.
For the Albany hangout, the trio of Miles, Lyle and Ty Thompson will joing from the Great Dane men's lacrosse team, along with Casey Vock from InsideLacrosse. The players will answer questions from Vock about the season and upcoming NCAA tournament, while fans can submit questions for either Vock or the players by using #ThompsonTrio on Twitter.
These hangouts will be steamed live on the conference's Google+ Page as well as on its YouTube channel. In addition, Inside Lacrosse will create an audio podcast while also embedding the chat into their own page.
