LOWELL, Mass.  - The 2013 America East Baseball Championship game between No. 1 seed Maine and No. 2 Binghamton has been canceled for Saturday, May 25 and rescheduled for Sunday, May 26 at 2 p.m. and will be moved to the University of Rhode Island’s Bill Beck Field in Kingston, R.I.

The game was canceled Saturday at LeLacheur Park in Lowell, Mass., due to rain and the impending weather forecast. The game could not be played at LeLacheur Park on Sunday due to prior field commitments.

Admission to Sunday’s game will be free to all fans.

Due to the site and date change, the game will not be web streamed through ESPN3 or AmericaEast.com. The game will be available through the University of Maine radio broadcast with Pete Warner and Jim Churchill on the call. The broadcast can be found through this link.

The top-seeded Black Bears defeated the Bearcats, 6-1, on Friday night to force a winner-take-all final game for the first time since 2005.

The winner will earn the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
