CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The America East Conference will host a Google+ hangout with each of the four teams in participating in the 2013 baseball championship on Tuesday afternoon at 5:10 p.m. ET.
Eric Frede, who will provide play-by-play for each of the tournament games that will be streamed live for free on AmericaEast.com with the championship game(s) on ESPN3, will host the hangout.
Student-athletes from Albany, Binghamton, Maine and Stony Brook will be on the hangout with Frede for five minutes each beginning at 5:10 p.m. ET. Frede will ask each of the players questions as a preview to the America East Baseball Championship taking place at LeLacheur Park in Lowell, Mass., May 22-24.
Fans will also be able to submit questions on Twitter using the hashtag #AEChamps.
The hangout can be viewed live on the conference’ Google+ or YouTube pages.
