UNH Faces Marquette on CBS Sports Network, UVM in Action

Vermont and New Hampshire try to get back to their winning ways on Thursday.

The Catamounts (1-3) visit Wagner at 7 p.m. UVM is coming off losses to Bryant and Providence. Senior Clancy Rugg has paced his team in scoring in three of four games this year and looks to lead Vermont to a win over the Northeast Conference preseason favorites Thursday.

The Wildcats (2-1) are coming off their first loss of the season, at home to NJIT Sunday. UNH will visit #25/RV Marquette at 8 p.m. as the two programs meet for the first time. The game will be televised nationally on CBS Sports Network.

On Wednesday, UMBC (2-3) nearly knocked off unbeaten Loyola but lost a double-digit lead in the final minutes and fell 89-83 in overtime. Albany also fell, losing at Duquesne despite a career-high 20 points from Peter Hooley.
