CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The America East women's basketball television
schedule gets underway on Wednesday, as preseason favorite Albany hosts New
Hampshire for a rare noon midweek tipoff at SEFCU Arena.
The game
will be available live on ESPN3 and on WatchESPN on smartphones and tablets via
the WatchESPN app, and through ESPN on Xbox LIVE. Fans can learn how to access

Albany
(12-3, 3-0) has won its first three America East games by an average of 37
points per game. The Great Danes won the America East title for the first time
in program history a year ago, and are led by Preseason All-Conference
selections Ebone Henry and Julie Forster. Henry is averaging 20 ppg in league
contests, while Forster is approaching the top-five rebounders of all-time in
America East. She enter Wednesday's game with 1,026 career boards.
New
Hampshire (6-9, 1-2) was picked to finish tied for fourth with Vermont in the
America East in the preseason coaches' poll. Reigning America East Player of
the Week Morgan Frame leads the way for the Wildcats, coming off a 20-point,
12-rebound performance in a win over UMBC last week.
Hartford
(11-6, 2-2) and UMBC (5-12, 1-3) also tip at noon on Wednesday. The Hawks have
won back-to-back conference games since losing their first two. On the other
side, UMBC has last two-straight despite standout performances from Raven
Harris in the two losses last week. Harris had a career game against Vermont,
going for 22 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.
Also on
Wednesday, Binghamton hosts Vermont at 7 p.m. and Maine hosts red hot Boston U.
at 7:30 p.m. The Terriers have won 11-straight games.
