CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The first full weekend of conference play begins Thursday night, with eight America East Conference games. Four teams will put unbeaten streaks on the line, while Boston University will try to preserve its 25-game conference win streak.

Stony Brook at Albany, 1 p.m.
Albany, N.Y.

•    Albany is looking to snap a four-game skid, including a loss in its America East opener at Boston University last Sunday.
•    The Great Danes are 2-0-0 at home this season, scoring nine goals in those two games.
•    Stony Brook had a bye last weekend and will play its first conference game on the road. The Seawolves are ranked seventh in the NSCAA Northeast Regional Poll.
•    Stony Brook is led offensively by Sa’sha Kershaw, who ranked fifth in the conference with nine points.

New Hampshire at Binghamton, 6 p.m. – Live Stats | Live Video

•    Binghamton enters Thursday’s game after a tough loss in its conference opener at Hartford, losing 1-0 on a penalty kick with just four minutes remaining in the game.
•    The Bearcats have lost three of their last four after a 5-1 start to the season, having been shutout each of their four losses this season.
•    New Hampshire won back-to-back games last week, thanks in large part by the performance of freshman Kirstyn Corder, who scored two goals and had one assist on her way to being named America East Rookie of the Week.
•    The teams are even in the all-time series at 5-5-3.

•    Hartford enters Thursday’s game against UMBC undefeated in its last four games and carrying a 5-1-1 record at home.
•    The Hawks boast the league’s leading scorer in Amelia Pereira who has 17 points and seven goals this season, including converting a penalty kick to give Hartford a 1-0 win over Binghamton in the team’s conference opener.
•    UMBC suffered a, 2-1, loss at New Hampshire in its conference opener, with Amy Savage scoring the lone goal.
•    Keeper Lauren Kadet has been outstanding in net for the Retrievers, ranking 11th in the country with 65 saves.

Boston, Mass.

•    Boston University has won 25-straight and 43 of its last 44 America East contests. The Terriers were a unanimous pick to win the conference this year and defeated Albany, 3-1, in their conference opener.
•    Maine came out on top of a back-and-forth battle with Vermont in the team’s conference opener.  Maggie Malone scored in the 85th minute to break a 2-2 tie and give the Black Bears the win.
•    The Black Bears are unbeaten in their last three games and have won four of their last six.
•    The Terriers own a 15-3-4 all-time advantage in the series.
