STONY BROOK, N.Y. -- Five of the nine seeds, including the top spot, for the 2012 America East Men's Basketball Championship are still be decided and will be by the final two games of the regular-season on Sunday. Highlighting the day will be Stony Brook playing for its second regular-season title in three years as the Seawolves take on Maine on CBS Sports Network at 12 p.m. Don Criqui (play-by-play) and Wally Sczerbiak (analyst) have the call.

Stony Brook (19-8, 13-2 AE) has won 13 straight home games and can earn the top seed for the upcoming America East Championship with a win over Maine (12-15, 6-9 AE) . The Black Bears, who are coming off a win over New Hampshire, can climb to the No. 6 seed with a win. The Seawolves won the first meeting, 58-52, in Orono on Jan. 22.

Also on Sunday, New Hampshire (12-15, 6-9 AE) and Binghamton (1-27, 1-14 AE) close out its regular seasons with a 1 p.m. matchup in Durham. That game will be televised throughout the Boston and Manchester markets on WBIN TV. The Wildcats, winners of four of their last five games, can claim the tournament's No. 5 seed with a win over the Bearcats and a Maine loss to Stony Brook. Should both the Wildcats and Black Bears win, Hartford (8-21, 7-9 AE) would be fifth, Maine sixth and UNH seventh.

On Saturday, Vermont (20-11, 13-3 AE) kept its hopes for a share of the league's regular-season title and the tournament's No. 1 seed alive with an 80-49 win over UMBC (4-25, 3-13 AE). The Catamounts, who earned their ninth 20-win season in the last 11 seasons with the victory, would share the crown with Stony Brook should it lose to Maine and has the tiebreaker for the top seed over the Seawolves. UMBC will be seeded eighth and face ninth-seeded Binghamton in the championship's first round on March 1.

Boston U. (16-15, 12-4) wrapped up a 12-win America East season with a 64-55 win over Hartford behind 21 points from Darryl Partin. The Terriers will be seeded third and face either the Hawks, Wildcats or Black Bears. Hartford will be fifth with a New Hampshire loss or a Maine win and face fourth-seeded Albany (18-13, 9-7 AE). The Hawks would be sixth if UNH wins and Maine loses.
