CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Hartford (8-2) hosts No. 2 Connecticut for the first time in program history on Saturday at 1 p.m. in a game that will be televised regionally on SNY.
The Hawks are hosting their third-straight BIG EAST opponent and Connecticut will be the highest ranked team to visit Chase Family Arena in the building's history. Overall
against ranked teams that have entered the Chase Family Arena, the
Hawks are 5-1, the previous highest ranked team being Louisville (#19)
which Hartford defeated 62-50 on November 17, 2009.
New Hampshire (5-5) looks to climb over the .500 mark with a road trip to Cleveland State to close out play before break.
These are the final two America East contests until Dec. 28 as the teams take a break for Christmas.
