CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Hartford looks to improve to 6-0 as the Hawks host No. 18/16 St. John's in one of four America East women's basketball games on Sunday.
Hartford joins the 2009-10 Albany team as the only two America East women's teams to start the season 5-0 as far back as the records show which is the 1999-2000 season. Hartford is the highest scoring team in the conference, averaging 66.8 points per game.
New Hampshire is looking to bounce-back after a tough loss at Boston College, with the Wildcats hosting Cornell at 1 p.m. UMBC is also at home against Eastern at 2 p.m., and Stony Brook visits NJIT at 2 p.m.
Albany (3-2) was the only America East team to win on Saturday, topping Darmouth 62-49. Megan Craig led the Great Danes with a career-high 27 points.
