For the third straight year, New Hampshire has secured at least a share of the America East field hockey regular-season title and the top seed for the upcoming America East Championship as the Wildcats defeated Boston University, 1-0, Friday to earn the feat. • Lindsey Hatch had a goal and an assist for Fairfield while Christy Starsinic also scored.

• The Wildcats Lynne Lehman scored her fourth goal of the year amidst traffic in front of the cage in the 10th minute to deliver the lone goal of the game.
• UNH's Carlie Tarbell made nine saves to record her first shutout of the season.
• The Wildcats earned at least a share of the regular-season title for the third straight year and can earn the top seed for the America East Championship with an Albany win over Main Saturday.
