CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Heading into the final day of the America East women's soccer regular season, only Hartford has clinched a slot as the No. 1 seed.  The field of six is set, as Albany, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Stony Brook all know they will be playing for the America East Championship, but no seeds have been determined. A multitude of scenarios are possible heading into the final teams, with most of the teams having a chance to finish anywhere between the No. 4 through six seeds.

Some of the possible scenarios are outlined below, but this does not cover everything.

Binghamton (7-8-1, 1-5-1 AE) at Vermont (4-11-1, 3-3-1 AE), 1 pm

  • Hartford has already locked-up the No. 1 seed in the America East Championship for the first time since 2006, and will host a semifinal game on October 28.
  • Stony Brook can finish anywhere between the No. 2 and No. 5 seeds. The Seawolves can clinch the No. 2 seed with a win and a loss or tie by Vermont.
