Every gameday throughout the 2011 season, America East will provide a men's lacrosse update that  previews the day's matchups as well as recaps the previous day's action. The update will also provide links to live coverage, box scores and highlights of select games. #13/14 Stony Brook at Vermont, 3 p.m. -- Live Video

  • Vermont (6-8, 1-3 America East) looks to end its season on a high note as it hosts the top seed in the America East tournament, Stony Brook (8-3, 4-0 AE).
  • Vermont has already been eliminated from the postseason.
  • The Seawolves can clinch their second straight outright America East regular-season title with a win.
  • Stony Brook is 10-0 all-time against the Catamounts, including a 10-6 win in the conference semifinals last season.
  • Vermont sophomore attack Drew Philie leads the Catamounts with team-highs in both goals (29) and points (41).
  • Senior attack Jordan McBride leads the Seawolves with 27 goals on the season, including five goals in Stony Brook's win over Albany last weekend.


Albany at Binghamton, 7 p.m. -- Live Stats | Live Video

  • Albany (5-9, 0-4 AE) looks to end its season with a two-game win streak as they face a Binghamton team (6-7, 2-2 AE) fighting for tournament seeding.
  • Binghamton can finish as high as the No. 3 seed with a win and a Hartford win by two or fewer goals or loss, or a loss and a Hartford loss.
  • Albany has won its last three games against the Bearcats and holds a 9-2 advantage in the all-time series.
  • Albany has alreday been eliminated from the postseason.
  • Binghamton sophomore attack Matt Springer has tallied a team-high 26 goals and leads the Bearcats with 28 total points.
  • Albany junior attack Joe Resetarits has recorded team-highs this season with 29 goals and 41 total points.


UMBC at Hartford, 7 p.m. -- Live Stats | Live Video

  • UMBC (6-5, 3-1 AE) travels to Hartford (8-6, 2-2 AE) for a matchup between two teams looking to earn the No. 2 seed in the America East tournament and host a semifinal matchup.
  • UMBC can earn the No. 2 seed with a win or a one-goal loss coupled with a Binghamton win.
  • Hartford takes the No. 2 seed with a win and a Binghamton loss or with a win over UMBC by two or more goals. 
  • Hartford has won its last two games against the Retrievers, including a 14-12 win in Baltimore last season.
  • UMBC sophomore attack Scott Jones has posted a team-high 20 goals to go along with eight asissts for a team-best 28 total points.
  • Hartford junior attack Ryan Compitello has a team-high 22 assists on season and is second on the team with 37 total points.
