gameday throughout the 2011 season, America East will provide a women's
lacrosse update that previews the day's matchups as well as recaps the
previous day's action. The update will also provide links to live
coverage, box scores and highlights of select games. Fans can also

Dartmouth at Vermont, 3 p.m. -- Live Video
- Vermont (0-2) is looking for its first win of the 2011 campaign when it wlecomes Dartmouth to Burlington for the Catamounts' home opener.
- Last season, the Catamounts fell to Dartmouth, 22-2, in Hanover, N.H. That was the latest in a string of nine straight losses to the Big Green. Vermont has not beaten Dartmouth since 1994.
- The Catamounts are coming off a 20-14 loss to Colgate last Sunday.
- Against Colgate, Catamounts Megan MacDonald and Sydney Mas scored three goals apiece.
Marist at Binghamton, 4 p.m. -- Live Stats | Live Video
- Binghamton (0-2) welcomes Marist to Vestal, N.Y., for the Bearcats' home opener.
- Binghamton is 0-4 all-time against the Red Foxes, most recently dropping a 12-11 overtime decision last season.
- The Bearcats are coming off an 11-9 loss on the road to Connecticut last Friday. The Bearcats held a 3-1 advantage in the first half against the Huskies before falling behind, 6-3, at the half.

- UMBC (2-1) looks to start a winning streak as it hosts crosstown rival Towson.
- Towson holds a decisive 28-5 advantage in the all-time series between these two clubs. The Tigers have won their last six meetings with the Retrievers, including a 14-8 win last season.
- UMBC is coming off a 13-10 win over American. In that game, senior midfielder Ashley Stodter scored five goals while midfielder Alicia Krause racked up six points on two goals and four assists.
#19 Massachusetts at New Hampshire, 4 p.m. -- Live Stats
- New Hampshire (1-1) opens its 2011 home slate against Massachusetts, a team that boasts the 16th-best offense in the nation.
- The Wildcats counter with a tough defense that has allowed just 14 goals through two games this season. New Hampshire ranks eighth in the nation in defense, ninth in caused turnovers and sixth in ground balls.
- New Hampshire has won the last five meetings against the Minutewomen, including an 11-8 comeback victory last season in Amherst, Mass.
- With an assist in the loss to Dartmouth, junior midfielder Kate Keagins extended her scoring streak to 11 games, a streak that dates back to last season.

Sophomore attack Danielle Etrasco netted a
game-high seven goals to help Boston University earn its first win of the
season with a convincing 15-8 victory at Brown.

Etrasco attempted a team-high 10 shots and also
recorded an assist and a team-high three draw controls in the win.

Junior attack Catie Tilton added five points on
four goals and an assist for the Terriers.

groundballs and two draw controls.
