- The Wildcats have won five of the last seven meetings with the Seawolves, including a 75-68 win on January 15. Stony Brook senior Kirsten Jeter notched 27 points in that game, while UNH junior Denise Beliveau recorded a 20-point, 11-board double-double.
- New Hampshire is 37th in the country with a .353 three-point field-goal percentage, while sophomore guard Cari Reed is 78th in Division I, shooting the long ball at a .383 clip.
- Jeter, the only Seawolf to start all 22 games this year, is tops on the team during conference play with both 16.5 ppg and 7.4 rpg.

- The Terriers, who defeated the Great Danes in Albany earlier this year by a 72-59 score, are not only looking for their 11th straight win, but also the program's 500th win all-time. Boston U. is also ranked 25th in the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top 25 Poll.
- Boston U. sophomore guard Chantell Alford has scored double-digit points in 14 straight games, averaging 17.3 ppg during that span.
- Albany's own sophomore guard Ebone Henry has an eight-game double-digit scoring streak, and has scored at least 10 points in 10 of the last 11 games. She has 14.0 ppg for the season.

- The Retrievers took the first meeting on January 15, 69-54, breaking a streak of six straight Vermont wins in the series.
- The UMBC junior trio of Michelle Kurowski, Erin Brown and Topé Obajolu has produced 70 percent of the team's offense this year, including 53 of the team's 56 points in a win over Maine on Saturday.
- Vermont freshman Sam Simononis earned her first career start last time out, a win over Stony Brook. Simononis, who is averaging 4.1 ppg and 2.7 rpg in league play, registered career highs of 11 points and five boards.

*Hartford 62, at Maine 49 - Boxscore
- Hartford used an outstanding defensive performance, limiting Maine to only 34 percent shooting from the field, to earn the road win.
- The Hawks were unselfish on the offensive end, dishing out 20 assists on their 25 made field goals.
- Junior guard Ilicia Mathis led Hartford with a team-high 12 points, while sophomore guard Alex Hall added eight points, eight rebounds and eight assists.
- The Black Bears were led by sophomore guard Amber Smith, who scored a game-high 17 points on 7-of-9 shooting from the field.
Sunday, February 6
*Binghamton 59, at New Hampshire 50 - Boxscore
- Binghamton used an outstanding defensive effort, limiting New Hampshire to only 30 percent shooting from the field, to secure the 59-50 road victory.
- Junior forward Viive Rebane led the way for the Bearcats, scoring a game-high 22 points and grabbing a team-high 11 rebounds for the double-double.
- Junior guard Andrea Holmes added 20 points, seven rebounds and four assists in the win.
- New Hampshire was led by junior forward Denise Beliveau, who scored 11 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for her eighth double-double of the season.
