Boston University 62, at Stony Brook 49 -- Box Score

  • Junior guard Darryl Partin scored a game-high 19 points to lead Boston University (12-13, 7-4 America East) to just its second road win of the season Friday.
  • The Terriers, who have won back-to-back games for the first time in three weeks, shot 57.1 percent from the floor in the second half while holding Stony Brook (9-13, 4-6 America East) to 31 percent after the break.
  • Partin shot 7-of-14 from the field, including 2-of-5 from behind the arc, and dished our four assists in 33 minutes.
  • Senior guard John Holland added 17 points and seven rebounds, while junior forward Patrick Hazel scored 12 points and grabbed six boards.
  • The Seawolves were led by junior guard Bryan Dougher, who scored a team-high 17 points and dished out two assists.
