CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- America East teams went 2-2 on opening weekend and a pair of players who played key roles in one of those wins are the first weekly award winners of the 2011 season. UMBC's Dave Brown (Coopersvurg, Pa./The Hill School) and Matt Gregoire (Crofton, Md./South River) received Player and Rookie of the Week honors, respectively. The honors were handed out Monday afternoon.
