  • Vermont (21-5, 12-2 AE) clinched at least a share of the America East regular-season crown with today's win.
  • Vermont shot 46.9 percent from the field while holding Binghamton (6-19, 3-9 AE) to 34.6 percent shooting on its field goal attempts.
  • Binghamton turned the ball over 13 times while the Catamounts gave the ball away just six times.
  • Freshman forward Brian Voelkel scored 12 points, pulled down a game-high 13 rebounds and notched five assists to lead the Catamounts.
  • Vermont senior forward Evan Fjeld scored a team-high 14 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the field while grabbing five rebounds and blocking four shots. Sophomore guard Brendan Bald added 12 points for the Catamounts.
  • The Bearcats were led by senior forward Greer Wright, who scored 15 points and dished out five assists. Sophomore guard Jimmy Gray put in 11 points while senior forward Mahamoud Jabbi grabbed 11 rebounds.
