  • In the year's first meeting, the Seawolves pulled out the 73-70 win behind senior Kirsten Jeter's career-high 28 points. Jeter has scored in double-digit points in each of the four games since, averaging 15.3 ppg in that span.
  • Maine sophomore Amber Smith has paced the Black Bears over the last three games, averaging 14.0 ppg and 5.6 rpg. She is second on the team with 10.5 ppg.
  • Despite turning the ball over 18.5 times per game, the Seawolves are second in the league with a +2.2 turnover margin because of an impressive defense which causes 20.7 miscues per game.

  • Earlier this year in Burlington, the Bearcats edged out the Catamounts in overtime, 55-51. Binghamton junior Andrea Holmes scored a game-high 26 points, including the 1,000th of her career.
  • Vermont has outrebounded all but two conference opponents this season. In the teams' first meeting, the Catamounts had a slight 43-42 advantage on the boards.
  • The Bearcats are 24th in the nation with a 54.9 scoring defense, tops in America East, and ranks 23rd with a field-goal percentage of .352.

*Albany 77, Boston U. 68 - Boxscore

  • Junior guard Cassandra Callaway led the way for the Great Danes with a game-high 25 points on 8-of-11 shooting from the field and 3-of-4 from beyond the arc. Sophomore guard Ebone Henry scored 17 points while adding a team-high nine rebounds. Forward Julie Forster added 14 points and eight boards.
  • Albany shot 19-for-25 from the free throw line while Boston U. went just 9-for-14 from the charity stripe.
  • Albany shot .491 from the field for the game. Boston U. shot at a 43.3 percent clip.
  • All five Terrier starters reached double figures in scoring, led by sophomore guard Mo Moran's 15 points. Junior guard Alex Young added 14 points.


*UMBC 43, at Vermont 32 - Boxscore

  • UMBC held Vermont to 17.0 percent shooting from the field while forcing 23 Catamount turnovers.
  • Vermont outrebounded the Retrievers, 40-38, including a 14-11 edge on the offensive glass.
  • Junior forward Erin Brown paced the Retrievers with 19 points on 7-of-15 shooting from the field to go along with seven rebounds. Senior forward Meghan Colabella pulled down a team-high nine boards.
  • Vermont was led by sophomore center Lauren Buschmann's 10 rebounds and eight points.


*New Hampshire 72, at Stony Brook 58 - Boxscore

  • New Hampshire shot at a .571 clip from the field, including 8-for-14 from beyond the arc while holding Stony Brook to 36.7 percent shooting from the field.
  • The Wildcats trailed, 21-20, with 7:39 remaining in the first half before closing out the half on a 17-5 run.
  • New Hampshire was led by senior center Jill McDonald, who scored a game-high 20 points. Lauren Wells scored 17 points while junior forward Denise Beliveau put up a double-double of 11 points and 12 rebounds.
  • Senior forward Kirsten Jeter led the Seawolves with 19 points on 7-of-14 shooting while grabbing six rebounds. Junior guard Whitney Davis added 10 points.
