UNH Hosts Manhattan In Night's Only Action

In the only America East basketball game of the night, UNH (3-4) hosts Manhattan (2-5) and will be looking for its first win at Lundholm Gym this season. The Wildcats are shooting an America East-best 35.1 percent from three-point range, while the Jaspers' opponents are shooting 40.7 percent from long range.

UMBC (5-4) earned back-to-back wins to climb above .500 with a 65-53 win over George Mason last night. The league's top scoring tandem of seniors Erin Brown (16.7 ppg) and Michelle Kurowski (14.1 ppg) continued with 21 and 19 points, respectively.

Playing on local channel 118, Stony Brook and Long Island extended into overtime last night before the Seawolves fell to the Preseason WNIT participant Blackbirds 66-59. Freshman Kelli Krueger paced the Seawolves with 12 points and eight rebounds.
