Binghamton, Maine Men's Hoops Teams Play at Home Monday, Albany Hits Road

Three America East teams kick off the week's action with games on Monday, including Binghamton and Maine in action at home. Hitting the road will be Albany, which looks to climb over the .500 mark.

The Bearcats will host reigning Ohio Valley-champion Morehead State at the Events Center at 8:15 p.m. Robert Mansell, who ranks sixth among league leaders averaging 14.6 points per game, scored a team-high 19 points for the Bearcats in their loss at Hofstra Saturday.

The Black Bears return home for the first time since Nov. 27 and will host Utah Valley University at 7 p.m. The game is Maine's first in nine days and kicks off a three games in five day stretch. Gerald McLemore scored a team-high 23 points in the Black Bears' game, a loss at San Diego on Dec. 10. He leads America East is tied for seventh nationally averaging 22.0 points per game.

The Great Danes look to get back on track after falling at Cornell in overtime Saturday as they head to St. Francis, N.Y. for a 7 p.m. contest. Winner of three of its last five games, Albany is one of the top offensive teams in the league, ranking second in scoring (71.7 ppg) and field goal percentage (.454). The Great Danes also have two players ranked among the conference's top five scoring leaders as Gerardo Suero ranks third, and is tied for 15th nationally, with 21.0 ppg and Logan Aronhalt, who's fifth, pouring in 15.3 ppg.
