Binghamton (2-0) was the only team in action last night and the Bearcats kept the league's hot start going with an 80-70 win at Siena. Senior Orla O'Reilly put up a career-best 29 points and five assists. Classmate Viive Rebane added 13 points and dished out seven assists with zero turnovers.

Wednesday night will be busier on the court with four teams in action, with all looking to stay unbeaten in 2011-12. New Hampshire (1-0) will host Seton Hall out of the Big East Conference in the Wildcats' home opener, while Vermont (1-0) welcomes Fairfield, who defeated America East foe Stony Brook last week, into Patrick Gym. UMBC (2-0) also travels cross-town to Coppin State for a 4 p.m. matchup.

Albany's (2-0) trip to Iowa to play the Hawkeyes, picked to finish third in the Big Ten, will be a homecoming for second-year head coach Katie Abrahamson-Henderson. Originally from Iowa, Coach Abe played two years collegiately at Georgia before returning to play her final two years at the University of Iowa. She has also spent part of her coaching tenure as an assistant at Iowa State, so count on there being some Great Dane fans in attendance at Carver-Hawkeye Arena!
