Hartford 57, At New Hampshire 50- Box Score

  • Hartford (6-11, 3-1 America East) junior guard Ilicia Mathis scored 15 points and grabbed a team-high nine boards to lead the Hawks to a 57-50 road victory over New Hampshire (3-13, 0-4 America East).
  • Senior guard Mary Silvia added a team-high 16 points and five rebounds in the win.
  • New Hampshire junior forward Denise Beliveau led the Wildcats with a game-high 19 points and a game-high 10 rebounds for the double-double.
  • The Wildcats delivered a strong defensive performance in the loss, limiting the Hawks to only 32.8 percent shooting from the field.

At Vermont 57, Stony Brook 49- Box Score

  • Vermont (1-15, 1-2 America East) earned its first win of the season with a strong effort on the defensive end, as it limited Stony Brook (3-12, 0-3 America East) to only 27 percent shooting from the field in a 57-49 win.
  • Senior forward/center Tonya Young scored a game-high 20 points and grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds in the win.
  • Vermont sophomore forward/center Lauren Buschmann added 16 points and eight rebounds in 23 minutes of action.
  • Stony Brook junior forward Whitney Davis scored a career-high 19 points, while senior forward Kirsten Jeter added 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

At UMBC 55, Binghamton 38- Box Score

  • Junior guard Michelle Kurowski scored a career-high 30 points on 12-for-19 shooting to lead UMBC (8-8, 2-1 America East) to a 55-38 win over Binghamton (9-7, 2-1 America East).
  • The Retrievers were excellent on the defensive end, limiting Binghamton to only 29.4 percent shooting from the field.
  • Senior guard Michele Brokans scored six points and dished out a game-high seven assists to help UMBC earn the win.
  • Binghamton junior guard Andrea Holmes scored a team-high 13 points, grabbed seven rebounds and dished out four assists in the loss.

Albany 65, At Maine 50- Box Score

  • Albany (10-6, 3-0 America East) limited Maine (3-13, 1-3 America East) to only 30.9 percent shooting from the field to earn an impressive 65-50 road victory.
  • Sophomore forward Ebone Henry led the Great Danes with a game-high 17 points and six rebounds in the win.
  • Albany junior guard Cassandra Callaway scored 16 points on 6-for-10 shooting from the field.
  • Maine freshman guard Ashleigh Roberts scored 11 points and grabbed six rebounds in 29 minutes of action.
