  • The Black Bears and Great Danes will renew their rivalry Wednesday at SEFCU Arena. The game will be televised in the Captial Region on Time Warner Cable Sports.
  • Maine swept last year's set and has won four of the last six in the series.
  • Maine (8-7, 2-1 AE) improved to 2-1 in league play with an 82-67 win at UMBC Saturday. The Black Bears outrebounded the Retrievers, 39-25, and scored 24 second-chance points in the win. 
  • Senior forward Troy Barnies, the reigning America East Co-Player of the Week, tied his career-high with 25 points and added 13 rebounds.
  • Albany (7-9, 1-2 AE) scored a season-low 42 points and fell 62-42 at Hartford Sunday. The loss was its fourth in five games.
  • Sophomore Logan Aronhalt scored a team-high 17 points. He ranks fourth among league leaders averaging 16.2 points per game.
  • Maine, which shot 53.7 percent from the field against UMBC, leads the league shooting 46.4 percent.
  • The Great Danes have already surpassed last season's win total (7).

  • The Retrievers and Bearcats face off for the 16th time in Vestal on Wednesday. The Bearcats hold a 9-6 edge in the series and have won four straight over the Retrievers.
  • Junior Chris De La Rosa scored 24 points and added eight assists but it wasn't enough against Maine Saturday as UMBC fell, 82-67.
  • De La Rosa has averaged 19.6 points and 7.0 assists over his last seven games. He ranks 10th nationally among assists leaders with 6.4 per game and ranks fifth among America East leaders in scoring (15.8 ppg).
  • Binghamton held Stony Brook to 29.0 percent shooting en route to the win Monday. The win was the Bearcats seventh in eight meetings with the Seawolves.
  • Senior Moussa Camara scored a career-best 28 points off the bench in the win. Junior Kyrie Sutton added six points, eight rebounds and five blocks.
  • Binghamton is 2-0 in America East for the second time in three seasons and is 25-11 against league foes since the start of the 2008-09 campaign.

  • Binghamton senior forward Moussa Camara scored a career-high 28 points as he shot 7-for-12 from the field, 5-for-9 from behind the arc and 9-for-10 from the free-throw line.
  • Binghamton (5-10, 2-0 in America East) held Stony Brook (6-9, 1-2 AE) to 29.0 percent shooting from the field, including just 5-for-23 from long range, good for 21.7 percent.
  • Stony Brook won the rebounding battle, grabbing 44 boards to Binghamton's 37. The Seawolves pulled down 20 offensive rebounds but scored just nine second-chance points.
  • Junior center Kyrie Sutton blocked five shots and grabbed eight rebounds. Sutton also added six points on the offensive end.
  • Stony Brook was led by sophomore guard Marcus Rouse with 14 points while shooting 4-for-8 from three-point range.

  • An outstanding performance from New Hampshire (7-9, 1-3 America East) senior guard Tyrone Conley, who scored a career-high 33 points on 10-for-16 shooting, helped the Wildcats earn the thrilling 57-54 win over Hartford (5-11, 2-1 America East).
  • The 33 points are the most by any America East player this season.
  • The Wildcats hit 52 percent of their shots from the field to rally from a 12-point halftime deficit.
  • Senior center Dane Diliegro controlled the paint for the Wildcats, grabbing a game-high 11 rebounds.
  • Hartford senior forward Morgan Sabia scored a team-high 20 points and pulled down four rebounds in the loss.
