ORONO, MAINE -- America East On Campus, the conference's half-hour
magazine show, returns for the second installment of its sixth season. The
latest episode airs Monday, Jan. 10 at 1:30 p.m. on Comcast SportsNet.
With the University of Maine as a
backdrop, host Eric Frede takes a look at America East basketball. Frede, the
lead announcer for America East basketball television productions, reviews the
2009-10 men's and women's basketball season and looks ahead to the 2010-11
conference season and conference tournament. The America East Men's and Women's
Basketball Championship will take place at the Chase Family Arena at the
University of Hartford March 3-6.
Frede also takes fans to the
campus of Boston University for a "Best of U" feature on Krystyn McIntyre, a
walk-on for the Terriers' women's basketball team who makes her impact in the
Boston University community in a number of ways.
Finally, Frede sits down with
America East commissioner Patrick Nero to talk about the successes of the
conference during the last year, both on and off the court, and the direction
of the conference in 2011.

East On Campus is produced by Cod Rock Media of Kittery, Maine, which is owned
by Frede and Dan Hannigan. Six original episodes will be produced and
