New Hampshire at Albany, 7 p.m. (TW3)

  • UNH, which downed Albany, 67-59, on Jan. 13, has won four of five meetings with the Great Danes.
  • With its loss to Hartford Saturday, UNH fell for just the second time at home this season and dropped their third straight overall.
  • Alvin Abreu scored a team-high 13 points, including the 1,000th of his career, to become the 27th Wildcat to reach the milestone.
  • The Wildcats, who bolster one of the league's top defenses, are holding league foes to just 26.7 percent shooting from beyond the arc.
  • The Great Danes committed 21 turnovers against Boston U. Saturday and dropped their seventh straight. It is their longest losing streak since the 2003-04 season.
  • Reigning Rookie of the Week Mike Black matched his career-high with 18 points and is averaging 10.0 ppg over his last eight games.
  • Against Binghamton Wednesday, Tim Ambrose became the 30th player in Albany history to score his 1,000th point.
Vermont at Boston University, 7 p.m. (Comcast Sportsnet) 
  • The Catamounts, who downed the Terriers, 78-58, in the two team's first meeting Jan. 17, have won three straight against Boston U. by a margin of 20.6 points.Boston U.  ran off 11 straight points to start the second half en route to its fourth win in six games.
  • Vermont outrebounded UMBC 42-22 en route to their third straight win Friday.
  • Garvey Young scored 16 of his game-high 20 points in the first half and added 10 rebounds for his first career double-double.
  • UVM leads America East in both FG percentage (.430) and FG percentage defense (.393)
  • The Terriers scored 21 points off 21 Albany turnovers and snapped a four-game losing skid at SEFCU Arena Saturday.
  • Carlos Strong scored a season-high 24 points and shot 9-of-11 from the floor.
  • John Holland, the league's leading scorer with 18.8 ppg, has averaged 15.8 points and 5.4 rebounds in five career games against Vermont.

  • The Black Bears scored a season-high 84 points, shot 53.3 percent and outrebounded UMBC, 47-20, to avenge an earlier loss to the Retrievers.
  • The win was Maine's eighth in 10 games and gives them eight league wins, equaling their most since the 2003-04 campaign.
  • Gerald McLemore paced four in double-figures with 25 points on 8-of-12 shooting.
  • Sean McNally added 14 points and eight rebounds.
