- Robbie Jackson's layup with 1.4 seconds remaining gave UMBC its first league win Saturday, snapped its 10-game losing skid and halted first-place Maine's six-game win streak.
- Chauncey Gilliam and Brian Neller each had 12 points to lead the Retrievers.
