Saturday, February 20
Boston University at Delaware, 1 p.m.

  • The Terriers are 10-17 all-time against Saturday's opponent, former league member Delaware.
  • Boston U. shot a blistering 54.8 percent from the field against Binghamton Wednesday en route to their fourth win in five games.
  • The victory gave Boston U. 10 league wins for the sixth time in nine years.
  • Carlos Strong led the way with 23 points on 9-of-12 shooting.
  • John Holland posted his league-best 15 20-point effort and finished with 20 points on 7-of-9 shooting.
Fairfield at Vermont, 2 p.m.

  • The Catamounts host Fairfield, who is tied for second place in the MAAC, as part of the ESPNU BracketBusters series Saturday.
  • Vermont used a 15-2 first-half run and led from start to finish on way to its 20th win of the season. It's the seventh time in nine seasons, UVM has reached the 20-win mark.
  • Marqus Blakely recorded a monster double-double of 16 points and 18 rebounds.
  • Maurice Joseph had a game-high 22 points and has reached twin digits in five straight games.

New Hampshire at Loyola (Md.), 2 p.m.

  • UNH will face Loyola (Md.) for the first time ever Saturday as part of the ESPNU BracketBusters series.
  • New Hampshire shot just 28.1 percent and made only 2-of-15 three-point tries in suffering just its third home loss of the season to Maine Wednesday.
  • Alvin Abreu paced New Hampshire with 17 points and is averaging 20.3 ppg over his last four games.
  • In their 10 victories this season, the Wildcats are holding opponents to an average of 55.8 ppg.

  • Muhammad El-Amin  sank a 15-foot jumper with 1.8 seconds left to lift Stony Brook to its ninth straight win.
  • The win gives Stony Brook its first 20-win season since the 1990-91 campaign. The Seawolves have now won 36 games over the last two years after compiling only 20 in the previous three seasons combined.
  • El-Amin, the league's reigning Player of the Week, scored a game-high 19 points
  • With a win over Vermont Wednesday, Stony Brook can clinch its first-ever regular-season title, the No. 1 seed for the league tournament and will be guaranteed a postseason berth.
    The Great Danes overcame a 16-point deficit and held a three-point lead in the final minutes over Stony Brook Friday, but could not hold and fell for the ninth time in 10 games.
  • Will Harris scored 17 points, his most since tallying 20 at New Hampshire on Jan. 13, and added seven rebounds.
  • Scotty McRae scored 16 points, just one game after netting a career-high 21 points to lead Albany to a win at UMBC.
