Binghamton 72, Siena 59- Box Score

  • In its final home game of 2010, Binghamton put together an impressive performance in its 72-59 victory over Siena.
  • Junior guard Andrea Holmes dominated on the offensive end, scoring a team-high 21 points, dishing out a team-high seven assists and pulling down six boards in the win.
  • The Bearcats received a strong performance in the paint from junior forward Viive Rebane. Rebane scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the double-double.
  • Binghamton heads out on the road to face Massachusetts on Saturday, Dec. 11.

UMBC 56, Towson 48- Box Score

  • UMBC extended its winning streak to three games with a 56-48 home victory over Towson.
  • Junior guard Michelle Kurowski continued her excellent play, scoring 17 points and grabbing seven boards in the win.
  • Junior guard/forward Erin Brown proved to be the perfect complement to Kurowski, as she 15 points and grabbed five rebounds.
  • The Retrievers begin a three-game road trip with a visit to No. 23 Maryland on Friday, Dec. 10.

Marist 57, Hartford 40- Box Score

  • Hartford couldn't overcome a poor offensive performance in its 57-40 loss to Marist.
  • Sophomore guard Daphne Elliott provided an excellent interior presence in the loss, scoring 11 points and pulling down eight rebounds.
  • The Hawks were led on the offensive end by senior guard Mary Silvia. Silvia scored a team-high 12 points in 23 minutes of action.
  • Hartford faces a difficult task when it travels to face Temple on Friday, Dec. 10.
