La Salle 84, Boston U. 81 -- Box Score
- Boston University (4-6) led by as much as 12 points against La Salle, but the Terriers could not shut the door on the Explorers, losing 84-81.
- The Terriers have had a difficult time in close games this season, with four of their six losses coming by three points or fewer.
- Five Terriers reached double figures in the scoring column. The last time Boston U. had five double-figure scorers was March 17, 2010 when it beat Oregon State, 96-78, in the College Basketball Invitational.
- Junior guard Darryl Partin, a transfer from La Salle, scored a team-high 20 points for the Terriers before fouling out. Senior John Holland and freshman forward Dom Morris each added 15 points.
Army 72, New Hampshire 64 -- Box Score
- New Hampshire (5-3) trailed by as much as 12 points in the second half, but cut the lead to three with less than a minute to play before falling to Army, 72-64.
- New Hampshire's defense, which had held opponents to shoot 38.8 percent from the field, allowed Army to hit 53.3 percent of its field goal attempts.
- The Wildcats held a 36-34 edge on the glass, including 18-7 on the offensive boards. New Hampshire also won the turnover battle, forcing 18 turnovers while giving the ball away 14 times.
- Sophomore forward Ferg Myrick dropped a team-high 13 points for the Wildcats. He was joined by three other Wildcats in double figures, including Dane Diliegro, who recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
