New Hampshire at Syracuse 7 p.m. l Live Stats l Live Video l UNH Radio l
- When the Wildcats and the Orange met last December, Syracuse earned the 58-48 win. UNH's last win over Syracuse came back in 1986.
- As a team, the Wildcats rank second in the league with a free-throw percentage of .764. Sophomore Cari Reed leads America East with a perfect mark, while freshman Sarah Frankenberger is second with .900 free-throw shooting.
- UNH, which leads America East with .433 field-goal shooting, has shot .400 or better in three of its first four games, including a season-high .514 against #12 Notre Dame.

UMBC 75, Brown 55- Box Score

UMBC put an end to its three-game losing streak
with a dominant 75-55 victory over Brown at the Iona Thanksgiving Classic.

Junior guard Michelle Kurowski put together her
second straight impressive performance, netting a game-high 25 points and
pulling down five rebounds in the win.

After struggling on the offensive end to start
the season, senior guard/forward Meghan Colabella delivered her best game of
the 2010-11 campaign. Colabella scored 10 points and grabbed 11 boards for the
double-double.

Saturday, November 27
Albany 62, Wagner 43 -- Box Score
- Albany (5-0) went on the road to beat Wagner for its fifth straight win to start the season. The 5-0 start is the best in the program's Division I history.
- Cassandra Callaway scored a game-high 20 points to pace three Albany scorers to reach double-figures. Felicia Johnson scored 14 points and Ebone Henry added a dozen points.
- The Great Danes held the Seahawks to just 28.3 percent shooting from the field, making just 15-of-53 attempts. The Albany defense also forced 17 Wagner turnovers.
Central Michigan 76, Binghamton 55 -- Box Score
- Binghamton (2-3) held Central Michigan under its season average of 94.5 points per game, but still could not keep pace with the Chippewas as the Bearcats fell, 76-55.
- Four of the five Bearcat starters scored in twin figures, led by Orla O'Reilly with 14. Kara Elofson, Jasbriell Swain and Andrea Holmes added 12, 11 and 10 points, respectively.
- Elofson added 12 rebounds, five of which came on the offensive end, to record the first double-double of her career.
Long Island 71, Boston U. 59 -- Box Score
- Boston U. (2-4) dropped the championship game of the Turkey Classic to the tournament host Long Island Blackbirds.
- Long Island went on a 13-0 run over the span of 1:29 in the second half to overcome a 12-point Boston U. lead.
- Chantell Alford scored 18 points to lead the Terriers. Kerry Cashman had a hand in many facets of the game, scoring six points and adding nine points and a career-high five blocks. Alford and Cashman represented the Terriers on the all-tournament team.
Penn State 71, Hartford 65 -- Box Score
- Hartford (1-6) and Penn State were tied, 37-37, at the half, but the Lady Lions pulled away in the second half, as they beat the Hawks, 71-65, on the final day of the Caribbean Challenge.
- Sophomore Daphne Elliott led four Hawks in double-figures scoring 15 points. Mary Sylvia scored 12 points, Alex Hall dropped 11 and Ilicia Mathis added 10 points.
- As a team, the Hawks hit 10-of-23 three-point attempts, including 7-of-12 (58.3 percent) from behind the arc in the first half.
South Alabama 66, Maine 55 -- Box Score
- Maine (1-4) closed out the 18th annual Dead River Company Classic with a 66-55 loss to South Alabama in the consolation game.
- Junior forward Samantha Wheeler provided a strong presence for the Black Bears in the paint, scoring a game-high 19 points and pulling down a team-high eight rebounds.
- Although she struggled with her shot throughout the game, freshman guard Ashleigh Roberts put her versatility on display in the loss. Roberts scored 11 points, grabbed seven rebounds and dished out two assists in 27 minutes of action.
- The Black Bears being a four-game road trip with a visit to Kansas on Wednesday, Dec. 1.
Toledo 77, UMBC 72 -- Box Score
- UMBC (1-5) dropped its third straight game, as it lost 77-72 to Toledo in the opening game of the Iona Thanksgiving Classic.
- Junior guard Michelle Kurowski led the Retrievers with an excellent offensive performance. Kurowski scored a game-high 24 points and dished out a team-high seven assists in the loss.
- Junior guard Erin Brown showed off every facet of her game, scoring 14 points, grabbing six rebounds and dishing out five assists.
- The Retrievers close out their participation in the Iona Thanksgiving Classic with a matchup against Brown.
