South Alabama at Maine (Dead River Company Classic) 12 p.m. l Live Stats l Live Video l Maine Radio l
- The Black Bears host the Lady Jags of the Sun Belt Conference in the consolation game of the Dead River Company Classic in the first all-time meeting.
- Amber Smith (15.5 ppg) and Samantha Wheeler (11.3 ppg) both rank in the league's top-10 in scoring.
Toledo vs. UMBC (Iona Thanksgiving Classic) 1 p.m. l Live Stats l
- The Retrievers and Rockets have never met before today's opening round of Iona's Thanksgiving Classic.
- UMBC will be the first America East squad to face off against a team from the Mid-American Conference this season. The conference finished the 2009-10 season with a 3-0 mark vs. the MAC.
Hartford vs. Penn State (Cancun Caribbean Challenge) 3:30 p.m. l WWUH Radio l
- The Hawks wrap up play south of the border with an afternoon date with the Nittany Lions. This matchup is the first ever between the two programs.
- Hartford is averaging 6.0 three-pointers a game, while senior Jackie Smith knocked down a season-high five treys last time out vs. Utah.
Boston U. at Long Island (LIU Turkey Classic) 4 p.m. l Live Stats l WTBU Radio l
- The Terriers, who are averaging 66.0 ppg, second in the confernce, face the hosts in the tournament championship game.
- Boston U. is 3-0 all-time against LIU, with the last meeting coming back in 2005.
- Junior Alex Young has scored in double-figures in 15 straight games.
Albany at Wagner 4 p.m. l Live Stats l Live Video l
- Albany defeated Wagner at SEFCU Arena last year by a 63-56 margin. Julie Forster recorded her first career double-double of 11 points and 11 rebounds in that matchup.
- Forster is currently averaging a double-double of 14.3 ppg and 12.3 rpg.
Binghamton vs. Central Michigan (No. Arizona Tournament) 4:35 p.m. l WNBF Radio l
- The Bearcats and Chippewas have met once before in a 2000 neutral-site meeting which Binghamton won, 69-49.
- Binghamton's scorning defense (56.5 ppg) will have to hold back a high-powered Central Michigan offense averaging 94.5 ppg.

Boston U. 78, Colgate 56 -- Box Score
- Boston U. (2-3) opened play in the Long Island University Turkey Classic with a 22-point win over Colgate.
- Sophomore guard Chantell Alford led the Terriers with 19 points on the afternoon. That output was enough to push Alford past the 500-career-point mark.
- Three other Terriers, Alex Young, Caroline Stewart and Kerry Cashman, reached double-figures, scoring 16, 13 and 11 points, respectively.
- The Terriers forced 19 Colgate turnovers and stole the ball 14 times. Offensively, Boston U. gave the ball away six times.
Northern Arizona 61, Binghamton 57 -- Box Score
- Binghamton (2-2) began play at the Hilton Garden Inn Thanksgiving Tournament against the host Northern Arizona Lumberjacks, falling to the Lumberjacks, 61-57.
- The Bearcats shot 47.9 percent from the field, hitting 23-of-48 attempts overall and 3-of-10 from behind the arc. The Lumberjacks hit 22-of-56 from the field while making eight three-pointers.
- Binghamton was led by Kara Elofson, who scored a team-high 15 points. Three other Bearcats, Andrea Holmes (14 points), Jasbriell Swain (13) and Viive Rebane (11) also reached twin-figures.
Utah 51, Hartford 45 -- Box Score
- Hartford (1-5) continued play in the Caribbean Challenge, dropping its game against Utah, 51-45.
- Senior guard Jackie Smith scored a game-high 17 points on 6-of-13 shooting from the field including 5-of-12 from behind the arc.
- The Hawks hit 44.4 percent (8-of-18) of their three-point attempts, but shot just 8-of-42 from inside the arc against the Utes.
- Two Hawk sophomores, Alex Hall and Nikkia Smith, fell just short of recording double-doubles. Hall scored nine points and grabbed 10 boards while Smith dropped nine points and pulled down eight rebounds.
Navy 65, Maine 43 -- Box Score
- Maine (1-3) trailed by three points, 20-17, at the half, but was outscored by Navy, 45-26, after the break in its opening game as host of the 18th annual Dead River Company Classic.
- The Black Bears hit just 23.1 percent (15-of-65) from the field and were 2-of-10 from long range.
- Amber Smith scored a team-high 12 points. She also grabbed six rebounds to go along with two assists and two steals. Samantha Wheeler also reached twin-figures in the score column, adding 11 points.
