*Stony Brook at #24 Vermont 1 p.m.
- The Catamounts lead the conference in scoring offense with 68.9 ppg, including 74.3 ppg in conference games. Their scoring margin of 9.9 ppg ranks 51st in the nation.
- Stony Brook ranks second in the conference with 9.7 steals per conference game. Sophomore Tamiel Murray (2.3 spg), and juniors Kirsten Jeter (2.2) and Misha Horsey (2.0) are all listed among the top-10 America East leaders.
*Albany at Hartford (CTSN) 2 p.m.
- Hartford's scoring defense is one of the best in the country at 55.3 points allowed per game and ranked 22nd in Division I. The Hawks have an even better mark - 49.5 points allowed - in league games.
- The Great Danes have a group of go-to scorers with four players averaging between 8.8-10.0 ppg. Senior captain Charity Iromuanya tops the group in double figures.
*UMBC at Boston U. 2 p.m.
- The Terriers lead the league in assists this season with 13.1 apg despite losing the program's all-time assists leader last year to graduation. Freshmen Caitlynn Moran and Chantell Alford together combine for 7.1 apg.
- UMBC's Tope Obajolu has averaged 7.2 ppg overall this year, but 11.7 ppg against America East opponents. Her field-goal percentage has improved from .462 to .545 and she has seen her average minutes rise to over 30 per game in league action.
*New Hampshire at Binghamton 6 p.m.
- Both teams have only won two of their last three contests and are trying to turn things around. Both UNH and Binghamton also stand at 2-4 in the standings.
- Bearcat senior Erica Carter is third in conference scoring (15.2 ppg). Twenty-five of her 30 field goals in league play have come from behind the three-point arc.

Friday, January 22
* New Hampshire 87, at Albany 77
- The Wildcats won their second road league game in as many tries behind sophomore Denise Beliveau's team-high 17 points and eight boards. Sophomore Kelley Flynn chipped in 16 points and eight boards from off the bench.
- New Hampshire shot 57.9% from the field for the game, and went 15-for-18 from the foul line. The visitors also outrebounded Albany, 43-35.
- The Great Danes forced UNH into 16 turnovers, while only making six miscues themselves. They were led in scoring by junior Melia Basavand's game-high 21 points.
Thursday, January 21
*#24 Vermont 79, at UMBC 51
- Vermont freshman Kendra Seto recorded her first career double-double with career highs of 22 points and 12 rebounds. She also had an 8-for-8 effort from the charity stripe.
- Teammate Tonya Young also finished with a double-double, with 21 points and 10 boards. Senior guards Courtnay Pilypaitis and May Kotsopoulos scored 12 and 15 points, respectively and combined for 10 assists.
- UMBC junior Chelsea Barker was the only Retriever in double-figures with 10 points. Sophomore Tope Obajolu registered nine points and four blocks.
*Hartford 52, at Boston University 44
- The Hawks were able to come out strong to take a commanding 35-20 lead at the half and then hold off a resilient Terrier squad in the second half.
- Hartford freshman Ruthanne Doherty notched a team-high 15 points, while senior forward Erica Beverly recorded 11 points, 16 rebounds, three assists and four blocks in a strong performance.
- The Terriers forced 21 Hartford miscues and finished with 14 steals on the defensive end to match a season high. Rookies Chantell Alford and Caitlynn Moran, who paced the offense in the previous game, combined for a solid defensive performance with a combined 10 steals.
*at Maine 55, Binghamton 51
- The Black Bears went on a 12-2 run to close out the first half, changing the complexion of the game and giving Maine their second league win.
- Maine sophomore Samantha Wheeler came away with a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds. Freshman Katelynn Vanderhoff finished with nine points and 12 rebounds. Wheeler and Vanderhoff combined for a perfect 10-for-10 free-throw effort.
- Binghamton senior Erica Carter led three Bearcats in doble-figures with 20 points. She went 50% from three-point land (6-for-12).
