Binghamton vs. South Dakota, 12 p.m.
Binghamton shot a blistering 69 percent (18-of-26) in the second half but a pair of Drake free throws with 4.4 seconds left to give the hosts the win at the Drake Invitational yesterday... Chretien Lukusa scored a career-best 21 points to go with five rebounds and seven assists... Dylan Talley added 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting... Moussa Camara and Kyrie Sutton each added 12.

Quinnipiac at Vermont, 12 p.m. (NESN)
The Catamounts won their fourth straight game and completed their 10-game season-opening road swing 6-4... Guards Nick Vier (17 points), Joey Accaoui (14) and Maurice Joseph (13) combined for 44 of Vermont's 70 points... Marqus Blakely added nine points, seven rebounds, five assists and five steals... Vermont will be presented the 2008-09 America East Academic Cup during Sunday's home opener, which will be televised on NESN.

Kennesaw St. at Maine, 1 p.m.
The Black Bears set a school record for points scored in their 133-58 win over instate-rival and NAIA school Maine- Presque Isle on Thursday... Gerald McLemore scored a game-high 25 points and hit 7-of-11 from 3-point territory...Freshman Murphy Burnatowski had his best game as a Black Bear with 13 points, six rebounds, nine assists and four steals.

Boston University 88, at Marist 72
The Terriers tied a school record with 15 three-pointers and shot 56 percent from the field in the win over the Red Foxes... Corey Lowe had a season-best 27 points and canned five 3-pointers... Jake O'Brien secured his third career double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds... John Holland had 20 points to extend his double-digit scoring streak to 28 games, the sixth longest streak in the nation.

Stony Brook 66, at Colgate 55
The Seawolves pulled away from the Red Raiders down the stretch with a 12-2 run... SBU improved to 7-3, matching the program's best start ever as a Division I program and best start overall since the 1992-93 campaign...Muhammad El-Amin had a game-high with 18 points.

at Central Connecticut 70, Albany 68 (OT)
The Great Danes held a four point lead with under a minute left in regulation, but the Blue Devils forced overtime and took their home opener... Tim Ambrose scored 16 points on 6-of-9 shooting and is one of two players (Vermont's Marqus Blakely) to rank among the league's Top 15 in scoring (15.6 ppg), rebounding (5.3 rpg) and assists (3.6 apg)... Brett Gifford scored a season-best 10 points on 4-of-6 shooting and had eight rebounds.

at Hofstra 75, New Hampshire 58
One game after shooting a season-best 50 percent from the field, the Wildcats were held to a 34.5 percent clip in a loss at Hofstra... Alvin Abreu had his second straight strong game and finished with 16 points...Tyrone Conley added 11 while Dane DiLiegro had nine points and 11 boards.
