Hartford at Providence    7 p.m.

  • Coming off their upset of Louisville, the Hawks go on the road for the first time this season trying to knock off their second straight Big East opponent.
  • Senior forward Erica Beverly is already averaging a double-double for the season with 15 ppg and 13.5 rpg to go with 2 bpg and 1.5 spg.


Massachusetts at New Hampshire    7 p.m.

  • The Minutewomen are the second A-10 team the Wildcats are facing in their first three games after defeating St. Joseph's in the season opener.
  • Through the first two games, UNH's defense has been strong, allowing just  .277 opponent field goal percentage and 59.5 ppg, first and third in the league.

  • The Great Danes never trailed in the contest, building a 10 point lead entering the intermission and hanging on with clutch free-throws at the end by freshmen Melia Basavand and Julie Forster.
  • Senior Charity Iromuanya led with a team-high 12 points and seven boards.


Wednesday, November 18
at Boston U. 47, Rhode Island 35 (NESN)   

  • Three Terriers scored a team-high eight points, including player of the game, Caitlynn Moran, who also tallied five rebounds, two assists and three steals
  • The Boston U. defense forced 35 Rams turnovers, picked up 14 steals and allowed just nine points in the first half.
