Men's Basketball: UMBC Hosts Loyola on MASN to Highlight Today's Games

Marist at Hartford, 7 p.m.

Hartford hosts Marist in its home opener... The Hawks nearly upset last year's NIT runner-up Baylor on Sunday, but Ekpe Udoh hit a 20-footer at the buzzer for a 71-69 win... Andres Torres had a career-best 12 assists in the game, the most by an America East player since Jay Greene had 12 in the quarterfinals of the 2008 America East Championship.

Loyola (Md.) at UMBC, 7:30 p.m. (MASN)
Crosstown-rivals Loyola and UMBC will tangle on Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) at 7:30 p.m...   Adrian Satchell had nine points and 10 rebounds in his collegiate debut Sunday... The Retrievers are Loyola's second America East opponent in its first three game. The Greyhounds downed Vermont in their season opener.

Maine at Delaware St., 7:30 p.m.
Maine travels to Delaware St. for the third of four road games to start the season... Gerald McLemore has scored 50 points over his first two games after averaging 11.9 ppg as a freshman... The Black Bears dropped a heartbreaker on Monday, falling 72-71 at Norfolk State on a shot with five seconds remaining.

George Washington 69, at Boston University 59 (NESN)
The Colonials held the Terriers to 31 percent shooting over and 5-of-27 from 3-point range en route to the win... Boston U's John Holland had a double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds off the bench.. Corey Lowe added 17 of his 21 in the second half.

at Pittsburgh 71, Binghamton 46 (CBE Classic - ESPN 2)
The Panthers collected 24 assists on 27 baskets and committed just six turnovers in the win... Binghamton's Kyrie Sutton scored a team-high 12 points and pulled down six rebounds.
