Three Things I Can’t Live Without:
1.Basketball ? I have played basketball my entire life and I love the game.  It is so much a part of me and I can’t imagine me not being involved with it in some form.    2. Family ? My family members are my greatest fans.  They have always encouraged me to do my very best and I appreciate all the support that they have given me along the way.    3. Friends ? The friendships  that I have made along the way, both at home and here at UVM, are very special to me.  My friends are funny to be around and there support means a lot to me.

Q. Why I Chose University of Vermont:
A-  When I came to visit Burlington, I really liked the school and the town.  Burlington is a great place to live.  I liked the coaches and all the players on the team.  When I looked at all of these things...It was a very easy decision for me.

Q. Favorite class and why:
A-  I took a geography class last semester that I liked a lot.  I enjoyed learning about new places and different cultures. I find it real important today to have a knowledge about people, places and things that are outside the United States.  This helps our understanding of  others.

Q. One thing I have learned at UVM that I will carry with me for the rest of my life is:
A-  I have learned the value of hard work.  I thought that I worked hard in high school but I was surprised at how much harder I have had to work both at my basketball and my academics.  But, I know that this is a lesson that will be useful to me when I graduate and go out in the world.

Q. My Dream Job, other than the NBA/WNBA, is:
A-  My dream job would be to own a successful business...maybe a couple.  I am a business major and I would love to use all the things that I study about on a daily basis.  I see so many potential business ideas that it is exciting to me to be a part of that.

Q. The person, other than my parents, who has had the most influence on me is, and why:
A- I can’t say that it is one person but it is really two.  My twp brothers have had a great deal of influence on me growing up.  They have served a excellent role models for me and I have always looked up to them.  Throughout my life, I have learned a lot from them.

Q. The best thing about being a Vermont Catamount is:
A- I like being a part of a very successful basketball program that is filled with great people.  I admire my coaches for all the hard work that they put it so that we can be successful.  The guys on the team are all quality individuals and I’m so glad that I have gotten to know them so well.

Q. Most memorable moment as an athlete:
A- I remember when I was a freshman in high school we won a county championship...it was the first time I had been on a team that won anything like that.  Since I was a freshman, I was new to the team and I remember what a great feeling it was to win that championship.  That  has motivated me to work hard here at UVM so that we can hopefully win our conference championship.

Q. What I did this week as a student (classes, tests, projects, study hall):
A- I went to all of my classes this week.  Since it is still early in the semester,  I haven’t had any test or projects yet.  But I did attend study hall all week so that I don’t get behind when we have to travel off campus for our games.

Q. What I did this week as an athlete (practice, games):
A- So far this week we had a game last night and then today reviewed the films of the game, we went to strength and condition and lifted weights.  Then we went to practice to get ready for our next game in a few days.

Q. Based upon my experiences growing up, my advice for young kids about school and athletics is:
A- School is very important and your education can take you as far as you want to go.  The same is true for athletics...hard work and dedication pays off in the end.

Q. Why I am looking forward to the America East Basketball Championship:
A-  I have never won an AE championship while here at UVM so really look forward to doing that this year.
